About me
My name is Aliya and I am mama to three little boys- born in June 2013, February 2015 and September 2017. My children are the inspiration behind Birth to Baby!
I decided to set up Birth to Baby for two reasons:
1. I wanted to work around my family
2. I wanted to merge together all the things I found helpful during my own pregnancy, along with all the things I have a passion for and offer it to others at an affordable price!
After three very different pregnancies and births, I can relate to what all new mummies and daddies, along with the mums and dads-to-be are going through, so am committed to offering honest, interactive and fun classes, where you can feel supported and at ease!
I am a qualified Antenatal Educator, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor and Baby Massage Therapist. I also have a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition which I completed for my own knowledge during my postnatal recovery period and when weaning my babies.
I also hold a BA (Hon) in Early Years Education, a PostGrad in Education and am a qualified family learning tutor.
